Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping based on the items being purchased, your delivery address and the shipping options you choose.

All international orders will be Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU or DAP).  This means you will be responsible for paying the taxes, duties and any other customs charges to the courier you selected when placing your order.  These fees must be paid before your package will be delivered.  Unfortunately, we do not control these costs and cannot advise you of the prices beforehand.  UPS charges an additional brokerage fee for clearing your order through customs.

You will receive tracking information once your order is marked as shipped.  All shipments must be checked for damaged, missing or defective items at time of arrival. Claims must be directed to Ninja Golf customer service within two days of receipt. 

Returns Policy

All headcovers are final sale.  These items are nonrefundable and cannot be returned for store credit.  You may return most new, unopened apparel items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@ninjagolfco.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  You may also submit a return request via your online account.

Warranty Policy

All shipments must be checked for damaged, missing or defective items at time of arrival. Shipping claims must be directed to Ninja Golf customer service within two days of receipt. 

There is a 30 day workmanship guarantee on all headcovers.  Any warranty claim must be submitted to info@ninjagolfco.com with your order number and details about the defective product.  We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed.  Defective products will be repaired or replaced with the same product if available.  If we are unable to offer a suitable replacement, a full refund will be issued.  Warranty claims will be denied if the product was damaged due to mishandling or abuse by the customer, you do not have the original proof of purchase, or the warranty period has expired.

Order Cancellations

Due to limited supply of our products, Ninja Golf reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.  In the event of an order cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
